The Orbitrap LC-MS platform is one of the major pieces of equipments acquired as part of the « Structuring Equipment for Research (ESR / EquipEx+) » initiative, within the research project IMAGINE2 (National Imaging and Analysis Platform for Guiding Innovation in the face of the Environmental and Energy Transition), program involving 14 partners at 6 sites in France.
LCE, partner of IMAGINE2 is in charge of developing applications linked to this orbitrap-LC-MS.
DESCRIPTION DE L’EQUIPEMENT
This very high-resolution instrument is dedicated to the analysis of organic species (micropollutants, reaction transformation products, etc.) for structural elucidation and non-targeted, suspected or directed-effect analysis.
The instrument is a UPLC Vanquish Flex equipped with the Eclipse Orbitrap system (ThermoScientific).
